I take pride in providing excellent customer service and all emails are responded to as quickly as I can. Where does this store ship from?

All orders will ship out from Colorado, which is just about smack dab in the middle of the USA. This means that most orders, when shipped out via USPS Priority as the chosen shipping method, get to where they need to go pretty darn lickety-split. Faster shipping for you and me - Hooray!

 

When will my order ship?

Most domestic orders will ship out within 24 hours. International orders may take a bit longer to be processed. Orders ship out daily (except for Sundays and Holidays), unless otherwise notified. I aim to get your new patterns and goodies into your hot little hands as fast as I can!


Will I receive order tracking?

Yes, you will receive tracking on all USPS orders. Once your order is processed, an email will be sent to you with this information so you can track your package on it's way to you! If you haven't received an email with this information within 48 hours of placing your order, please first check your spam filter in your email account. If you find that you still haven't received an email with this information, then please send an email to let me know.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Most domestic orders will ship out within 24 hours. Once shipped, domestic orders should reach you between 2 to 10 business days (depending on location and type of shipping chosen at checkout).

International orders may take a bit longer to be processed. Once shipped, international orders should reach you between 2 to 12 weeks (depending on location and type of shipping chosen at checkout).


Do you accept international orders?

I do accept orders placed outside the U.S. and you will see the international shipping options at checkout. If you place an international order, please be patient, as international orders can take up to 12 weeks to be delivered. If you need your order faster, then please send me an email so I can let you know about your options and costs for expedited mail. Also, the recipient is responsible for any additional fees that they may have to pay in their country upon receipt of their package.

 

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

At checkout, you have the option to pay using PayPal Express or you may also pay using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. The checkout process on this site is handled by Shopify and is fully PCI compliant with full SSL encryption to protect your personal information.

 

Will you sell my information?

Your information will never be shared/sold to any third party. It will only be used to contact you about your order, if necessary, and to receive the shop newsletter via email, which you may opt out of at any time.

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I really hope that you will love everything that you order! I take pride in what I sell and handpick items for the store that are fun, unique, and of excellent quality. Due to the nature of handmade, I do not accept returns of gift items (ie: jewelry, hairpieces, etc. or items that have been opened, washed, or used (ie: patterns, textiles, etc.). Custom orders are also final sale and non-refundable. If you are truly unhappy with something that you purchased, please send an email to julib (at) sweetlittlechickadee (dot) com within one week of receiving your order so we can work something out.
